During this critical time, GCTV is prioritizing the health of our community and staff, while playing a constructive role in supporting local programming and the ability of Town officials to release critical information to the public during this challenging time.
GCTV’s studio, editing facilities, and field equipment sign-outs will be available to the public by appointment only. No more than three people will be allowed in the facility at any given time. Masks are required and each person will be pre-screened before entering the facility. Each person will have their temperature taken at the door and will be asked the following questions before entering:
– Are you feeling well today?
– Have you been exposed or near anyone who has been exposed to Covid?
– Have you traveled outside the state in the last two weeks?
Anyone with a temperature of 99 or above will not be allowed in the facility. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility and we ask that it be used before and after using computers and equipment.
We remain available via email and Zoom to help you plan ways to produce your next program using your mobile devices, your own camera gear or other video recording platforms. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with any production or broadcast questions you may have or to make an appointment and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
GCTV will continue to accept and broadcast new programs. Video files and user access agreements may be submitted online, by sending us a link on Dropbox, Hightail, WeTransfer or other file transfer platform. For each program submitted online, please email a User Access Agreement to email@example.com. The User Agreement can be found at http://guilfordtv.org/files/UserAccessForm_2014.pdf. Files can also be submitted on DVD or thumb drive at the GCTV Drop Slot at Guilford Community Television 725 Boston Post Road, Unit 4, Guilford, CT 06437. Each program must be accompanied by a completed User Access Agreement.—
