New to GCTV’s Health & Wellness playlist is a new chapter in the Autism Awareness series produced by Guilford resident, Tony Fappiano. We encourage you to share this video with anyone who might be interested in learning more about the changes and challenges facing those with Autism.
This program as well as the other 500+ programs you will find on GCTV’s online channel were produced by community producers; volunteers who received free training and access to GCTV’s equipment to producer informative content for their community. GCTV invites any Guilford community member to contact us to learn more about becoming a volunteer producer or crew member.
It is almost officially summer and we have had plenty of beautiful weather for hiking. Guilford has many wonderful trails for recreation, many of which are maintained by the Guilford Land Conservation Trust. Check out this great organization, which just celebrated it’s 50 year anniversary, in one of GCTV’s recent Spotlight segments.
The Guilford Community Fund filmed it’s annual meeting for broadcast in Guilford. With their permission, it is now available on GCTV’s YouTube channel for viewing and sharing.
New content has been added to GCTV’s YouTube channel today. Get gavel to gavel coverage of last week’s BOS, PZC and Parks & Recreation meetings. Also look for new programming on our Health & Wellness playlist.
Please consider sharing the programs and playlists you find most informative and enjoyable so that other community members can learn where to access this content.
We have new programs on the broadcast starting at midnight tonight! Celebrate 30 Years of Meals on Wheels, take a 5 Minute Meditation with Carla Augustyn, and watch Monday’s BOS and Parks & Recreation meetings.
GCTV has been working closely with the Town to provide local coverage of tomorrow’s American Idol event as we welcome home Nick Fradiani!
GCTV is programming by and for the Guilford Community and we have several volunteer community producers covering the parade and concert along with some of our student interns covering the Fradiani fans! Volunteers, both students and adults, will have a roll in editing the footage we collect in preparation for local broadcast on our channels and website.
We hope to see you there tomorrow, but know that you will be able to see the local coverage of this event on GCTV soon!
New programming is coming to the weekend broadcast starting tonight at midnight.
Shoreline Eldercare Alliance has a new program out on better hearing and Bethel and First Baptist Church both have new sermons. There is plenty of poetry and music on this weekend’s schedule along with some comedy and more chances to catch up on Town meetings.
Programming with producer permission will be uploaded to our YouTube channel on Sunday for viewing and sharing with anyone who is interested in Guilford news and events.
